Transparency Act reporting

The Transparency Act entered into force in Norway on 1 July 2022. It requires larger companies to carry out due diligence assessments and be transparent about how they work to ensure respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions, both in their own operations and across their supply chains.
Orkla Foods fully supports the purpose of the Act and is committed to upholding human rights and promoting decent working conditions throughout all business activities.
In accordance with Section 5 of the Act, Orkla Foods publishes an annual due diligence report. The report outlines how the company assesses and manages risks related to human rights violations and unacceptable working conditions within its operations, supply chain, and among business partners.
